“Services” refers to all tasks, labour, and support offered by us, including but not limited to handyman services, moving services, assembly, painting, electrics, plumbing, and all other listed services.
“Platform” refers to our website, communication channels, and booking systems.
2. Use of Our Website
By using our website, you agree to:

Not engage in any unauthorised access, data collection, or harmful activity
Use the platform only for lawful purposes

3. Service Bookings
All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or official communication channels.
Bookings are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.
3.1 Pricing
Prices vary based on service type, materials, labour time, and location.
Any additional tasks requested on-site may result in extra charges.
Quotes provided online or via phone are estimates, not final invoices.
3.2 Materials
If materials are required, clients may supply them OR request us to purchase on their behalf.
Material procurement costs are added to the final bill.
4. Payments
Payments must be made upon job completion unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, bank transfer, or approved digital payment methods.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
5.1 Client Cancellations
Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5.2 Company Cancellations
We may cancel or reschedule in cases of:
Unsafe conditions
Weather restrictions
Lack of proper access
Staff illness
Emergency or unexpected events
Clients will be notified as early as possible.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure:
Safe and accessible work environment
Accurate information about the job
Pets, valuables, and fragile items are secured
Necessary permissions are obtained (e.g., landlord approval)
Parking arrangements where required
If unsafe or unsuitable conditions exist, our team may refuse service.
7. Liability & Limitations
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Issues caused by faulty materials supplied by the client
Indirect or consequential losses
Damages resulting from improper use after service completion
7.1 Insurance
We take reasonable precautions during all tasks. However, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UK law.
8. Warranty on Work
We offer a 7-day workmanship warranty depending on the type of service.
Warranty does not cover misuse, wear & tear, or damage caused after the job.
9. Third-Party Services
If we recommend or connect clients to third-party providers:
We are not responsible for their performance or actions
Any agreements with third parties are separate from HAYA UK
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, images, texts, graphics, designs, and branding are owned by HAYA UK and protected under copyright law.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse without written permission.
